Gameplay
SmackDown vs. Raw 2007 includes five championships: the World Heavyweight Championship, the World Tag Team Championship, the WWE Women's Championship, the WWE Hardcore Championship and the ECW Championship. There are also five arenas available for players to work in, as well as several training modes.
The game's online modes, consisting of online play, create a wrestler and his corresponding manager, and a general manager mode are new for the game. In addition to the seven featured areas, both wrestlers and managers have custom rosters, complete with backgrounds. Wrestling games are traditionally more interactive than the standard sports games, in order to allow gameplay in between cuts. Raw is a much more simplistic game than SmackDown, as the WWF roster is much smaller.
